Lamp Lighting Ceremony organized by SRMMCON

On 5th February 2020 The Professional Oath Taking Ceremony (Lamp Lighting Ceremony) was organized by Smt. Radhikabai Meghe Memorial College of Nursing at Datta Meghe Auditorium, Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha at 2pm.For new trainees of the 17th batch of Basic B.Sc. Nursing.



Mrs.Neeta Walokar, Matron, of Kasturba hospital Sevagram (MGIMS), Wardha was the Chief Guest of the function. Dr A. J. Anjankar, Hon’ble Registrar, DMIMS (Deemed to be university) was the President. Dr. Seema Singh, Principal, SRMMCON. Mrs.Indu Alwadkar, Principal SRMM School Of Nursing. Prof. Vaishali Taksande, Dean Academics, SRMMCON. Mrs. Akhtaribano. Shiekh, Principal,Shalinitai Meghe College of nursing Salood (Hirapur), Wardha. Mrs.Archana Taksande, Department of Child Health Nursing and organizing secretary of program were present on the dais.


Mrs.Neeta Walokar in her speech elaborated the importance of value of life and about the nursing practice. Dr.A.J.Anjankar in his presidential address narrated the meaning of lamp lighting. Oath was given to our professional students by Prof. Vaishali Taksande.

The prizes were awarded to the students for their activity in national and state SNA conference and also for their extracurricular activity with an auspicious hand of dignitaries.
The programme ended with the vote of thanks given by Associate professor Mrs.Jaya Gawai HOD department of mental health nursing.

Asian Medical Student's Exchange Program - India × Indonesia 2020  at  Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences Report day 2 The second day of the AMSEP India × Indonesia was very eventful. There was a welcome address in the august presence of Dr Ashish Anjankar, Director Student welfare JNMC and Dr. Pramita Muntode, Associate professor dept of psm for the students in JNMC where they exchanged a few snippets of information about the two countries.
