DMIMSU (Deemed to be University) is the University which is affiliated by MHRD under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. In March 2007, is accredited the DMIMS  (Deemed to be University) by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC). Thereafter, it is again re-accredited with a Grade “A+” which makes University Unique in Health Sciences.

DMIMS University has been included in the elite group of top 100 Ranking Educational Institutions in the country for the year 2019. Total 1479 institutions have applied under the “overall” category, out of which DMIMS (DU) has been ranked 92nd as per NIRF ranking.

DMIMS, The Deemed University is located on 125 acres campus in Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha about 80 km from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, which is the geographic center of India.

There was a welcome address in the august presence of Dr Ashish Anjankar, Director Student welfare JNMC and Dr. Pramita Muntode, Associate professor dept of psm for the students in JNMC where they exchanged a few snippets of information about the two countries.
